hello everyone,
hope you’re all doing well this week! back to the weekly updates as the silly season starts, not a huge amount to update you on this time… i finally got my pasta maker out to make some pretty top tier carbonara and we drank a whole load of wine at the weekend. how can it get better? i also started the guerrilla marketing campaign of sticking these stickers everywhere. this coming weekend starts the epic promotion campaign of me drinking cocktails and playing music all in the hope that you buy that record i worked so tirelessly on!
the last few weeks have been amazing, and there is so much i’ve been working on which is yet to be announced but all in good time. so this might be the moment to revisit this mix i did a few months back at sweetnighter, if you haven’t checked it yet. i’m super proud of it and i’m sure it will have you all dancing round the living room.
also, was nice to see shuya san on tuesday, a total legend and early supporter of with love 2!
i promise you, it’s about to get really exciting…
i’m back in paris this weekend, to visit friends and play some music. friday sees my return to one of europe’s hippest audio bars fréquence, i had a blast there last december and i can’t wait for another all night disco/soul affair, entrance is free and i’l play 11pm-4am.
then saturday i’ll head back to the paradise that is samois-sur-seine to play at the next edition of samsam festival, i play on sunday before the live acts of matheus viera and mistura fina. an all brazilian affair to compliment friday’s disco action
ok, one more reminder of the launch party of with love 2 in london. i’ve been told that almost all the £5 tickets are gone so make sure you don’t miss out!
there will also be launch parties in manchester, zurich, amsterdam, cologne and more to be announced in the next few weeks. keep you eyes peeled!
